هل بتوين تتعامل مع مخزوني في حال هناك تاريخ صلاحية عليها؟

هذه ما فيها نقاش ولا تقلق بتوين راح تهتم في تصريف الوارد أولا من مخزونك بناء على تاريخ وصولها لمخازن بتوين.

ما هي الخطوات التي ينبغي أن أتبعها قبل إرسال المنتجات الخاصة بي؟

يجب على العميل اشعار بتوين عبر البريد إلكتروني قبل إرسال المنتجات بثلاثة ايام ليتم التنسيق فور وصولها
1)     يجب أن يشارك العميل إشعار تسليم.
2)    ينبغي أن يكون العميل على علم بوقت الوصول المتوقع.
3)    يجب أن تكون جميع الشحنات مدفوعة مسبقا (الجمارك وكافة الرسوم).
4)    يجب أن يتم استخدام الاكواد التعريفية (الباركود) للتخزين.

أحد منتجاتي لا يحمل كود تعريف (باركود)؟

يمكن لبتوين إضافة كود التعريف (باركود) إلى منتجاتك التي لا تحمل أي كود تعريف مجاناً بدون أي رسوم إضافية.

هل مستودعات بتوين مجهزة بأجهزة قياس الحرارة؟

بالتأكيد وحريصين جداً بأن يكون متوسط درجة الحرارة في مستودع بتوين من 24درجة مئوية إلى 28درجة مئوية.

كيف يتم التخزين؟ وما هي طريقة حساب المساحة؟

بتوين تقوم بتخزين منتجاتك من خلال صناديق خاصة أو من خلال الطبليات للأحجام الكبيرة. وحجم الرفوف كالتالي:
- صندوق (كبير): 50سم * 20سم * 30سم
- طبلية: الارتفاع 150 سم * العمق 120 سم * العرض 80 سم

هل مستودعاتكم تتطلب حجم معين للمنتجات؟ وكم هو هذا الحجم؟

مخازننا مجهزة للمواد التي تتطلب وجود درجات حرارة منخفضة (باردة) وهي مصرحة من الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (مستلزمات تجميلية ومستحضرات طبية).

وصلتكم طلب من أحد عملائي كم تحتاج بتوين لتجهيز المنتج وشحنه؟

قبل الساعة 12:00 ظهراً أي طلب يوصلنا راح نقوم بتجهيزه وشحنه في نفس اليوم.
أما الطلبات التي تأتي بعد هذا الوقت سنهتم أن تكون مع الشحنات في اليوم التالي.

هل هناك مدة محددة متاحة لتخزين منتجاتي في مستودع بتوين؟

مستودعاتنا وخدماتنا لأي منتج يتم بيعه بصفة مستمرة.

Storing products

Does Between take care of expired items in my stock?

Absolutely! Between will inspect your inventory once it arrives based on the date of its arrival

What are the steps that I should take before handing in my products?

The client must report to between via email 3 days prior to sending the products so that preparation can start once it arrives.
1.Theclients must share the delivery notice
2.theclient must be aware of the estimated delivery time
3.allthe shipments must be prepaid (custom and fees)
4.barcodesmust be used for storage

What if one of my products does not have a barcode?

Between can add a barcode to your products that don't have one free of charge

Are there thermometers in your warehouses?

Absolutely. We are very cautious in making sure the temperature is at a medium-high at the warehouse, somewhere between 24 C°, and 28 C°.

How are the products being stored? How is the area measured?

Between stores your products in special boxes or large pallets. The dimensions are as follows:
Box(large): 50x20x30 cm
Pallet: Height 150 cm, depth 120cm,length 80cm.

Does your warehouse require a certain size? What is it?

In Between, the quantity is unlimited, however, the maximum size for the box is 40×60×50 cm. And150×120×80cm for the pallet.

Is the Between warehouse permitted by the Saudi food and drug authority?

Our warehouses are prepared to store products that require low temperature and it is permitted by the Saudi food and drug authority

How long after receiving the order does Between need to prepare and ship it?

Orders received before 12pm will be prepared and shipped on the same day. On the other hand, orders received later will be shipped on the following day

Is there a duration for storing my products in the warehouse?

ما هي ساعات الدوام لبتوين؟

موجودين في خدمتك ستة أيام في الأسبوع من السبت إلى الخميس، (من التاسعة صباحًا حتى الخامسة مساءً).

كل المطلوب منك شهادة تسجيل (CR) وضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وبتوين مستعدة تكون شريك نجاحك.

I have products in Between warehouses, but I do not have packing boxes. Does Between provide this service?

Do not forget that Between is your success and distinction partner, so we are interested in providing innovative solutions for packaging and storage and provide you with types of boxes with different dimensions to suit your products.

Can I rely on Between to provide packaging for my products?

Yes, Between offers you packaging solutions to ship your products to your customers safely and accurately.

My clients have special requests for the products they request. Does Between meet these requests?

Absolutely! we are interested in Between to provide any special requests for your products such as gift wrapping service, or as requested by your customer.

نعم، يتم تغطيتها بقيمة تصل إلى 375 ريال، ولتغطية التأمين الكاملة يجب عليك دفع ٣٪

هل لدى بتوين خدمات الاسترجاع والاستبدال؟

نعم، بتوين تهتم في تقديم خدمات إرجاع واستبدال المنتجات بناءً على طلب عمليك.

ما هي الوجهات التي تغطيها بتوين في خدمة عملية الشحن؟

بتوين تغطي جميع مناطق مملكتنا الحبيبة وأيضاً تغطي جميع دول الخليج العربي ومدن العالم مع مستويات الخدمات المختلفة مثل التسليم الفوري، والتسليم في نفس اليوم .

كم تحتاج بتوين لتوصيل منتجاتي؟

- بتوين تقوم بتسليم الشحنات في مدينة جدة في نفس اليوم (للطلبات قبل الساعة 12:00مساءً).
- أما الشحنات في المدن الرئيسية سوف تستغرق حوالي 24-48 ساعة للتسليم (حسب استجابة العميل لتواصلنا).
- أما الشحنات في المدن الأخرى في المملكة العربية السعودية راح تحتاج بتوين حوالي 4-5 أيام عمل لتسليمها إلى عملاؤك.
- وخدمة التوصيل لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من 6-10 أيام عمل للتسليم.
- أما باقي المدن في الدول الأخرى نحتاج في بتوين فترة تصل إلى 14 أيام عمل للتسليم.

Yes, your products have up to 375 SAR in coverage, to get full coverage you must pay 3%

Does Between have worldwide shipping?

Yes, Between ships to all the areas in the Kingdom, all the gulf countries, and other regions. We offer all levels of services such as prompt delivery and same-day delivery

How long does Between need to deliver my products?

-Between delivers the shipments in Jeddah city on the same day ( for orders received before 12 pm).
- Shipping to major cities take24-48 hours to arrive.
- Shipping to other areas in the Kingdom take 4-5 business days to be delivered.
-Shipping to gulf countries takes6-10 business days to be delivered .
-Shipping to the rest of the world countries takes 14 days to be delivered .

Certainly, Between' system shows you all your inventories’ procedures including the collection of products and preparation procedure, etc.

Can Between link my store to other online stores?

Yes, Between is linked to most of the online local and international stores. Additionally, our technical team is prepared to link your store if your platform is ready to be linked with any platform such as : basket platform, Shopify, Magneto, Open cart, or any other platform.
